When will I receive my order?

For products in stock : Any order placed within a week will be prepared and shipped within two weeks at the latest. You will receive your order within 2 weeks of its shipment, depending on your location.
/!\ Please note that I am the only one handling orders and that I work during the day. I am doing my best and therefore thank you for your patience! Also, please remember that I have no control over postal delivery times.

For pre-orders: Once pre-orders close, it will take 2-4 weeks to produce and receive inventory, plus 1 week to ship all orders. I usually mail batches of 10 letters per day at the post office.

You will receive your order within one month of the day you confirm your shopping cart. It is possible that my suppliers have longer delivery times depending on the time of year, also taking into account carrier delays. I therefore thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

Can I have shipment tracking?

For France : All shipments are tracked

For international shipping : When confirming your order, you can choose between standard or tracked shipping. Please note that tracked shipping is more expensive.

My order hasn't arrived yet, what can I do?

If it's been more than a month since you received the shipping email and your order still hasn't arrived, please contact me at my email address and we'll try to find a solution together!
